NHS treatment plans
Orthodontic treatment is available on the NHS for people under the age of 17 but there are strict criteria you must meet. Government regulations state orthodontic treatment on the NHS is only for patients who require treatment on health grounds, as assessed on the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (IOTN).
If your child has been referred to us by their dentist, we’ll assess any orthodontic problems they may have at their first appointment.
If your child does not fulfil the NHS criteria for treatment, we offer special discounted rates for children. Treatment fees can be divided over time and at no additional cost.
